Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason — no need to give a reason.

To cancel, simply contact us (phone or email) within 14 days of receipt and let us know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is sooner).

Bespoke or personalised items are exempt from this right under CCRs reg 28(b). Where an item is bespoke this will be made clear on the product page before you buy.

Faulty goods

Separately from the 14-day right above, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Contact us — we will refund or replace at our cost.
